Bodega Reunion Digestivo Review

The Label Factor:

According to the Bodega Premium Blends webiste, the Reunión line:

is designed around fellowship – gathering, connectedness and friendship

Knowing that, it’s easy to understand the tree with roots flowing bellow the Reunión text. It’s also one of the most colorful labels you’ll find, with deep purples and reds that look great against the glossy silver tree. Widmer Brothers PItch Black IPA Review Poured

Presentation:

Dark 22oz glass bottle. To be honest, I barely paid attention to the label because the invitation to try a “Pitch Black” drew me in pretty deep. This just sounded intriguing. I poured it into a pint glass and was rewarded with a thick, cream colored head. Not much in the way of being subtle here: this beer is black.  There are noticeable hops and roasted malts in the nose.
